Relax Energy Healing

Hi, I'm Nadya.

I offer Reiki and sound healing sessions in a my studio in Maidstone, it is the most serene and grounding space where you can fully switch off, relax and reset.

My approach is gentle, intuitive and down to earth.  I'm not here to overwhelm you with anything complicated - just to help you slow down, release stress and feel more like yourself again.

I know how easy it is to get stuck in your head, hold tension in your body and keep pushing through.  These sessions are a chance to pause, breathe and be held in a safe space away from the hubbub of the busy world.

People come to me for a variety of reasons and when they're feeling overwhelmed, anxious or out of balance and are looking for something that helps them feel calmer, clearer and more grounded.

You don't need to have tried anything like this before - just a willingness to take a bit of time for yourself.

I have been practicing Reiki for over 25 years and support clients with stress, emotional overwhelm,  physical healing and I provide very deep relaxation and sometimes awakening.
